RESERVATIONS
* While we warmly welcome walk-in guests, we highly recommend booking appointments in advance to ensure preferred time slots are available.
* Booking requests can be made via email or direct phone call. WhatsApp requests for bookings are honored; however, appointment confirmations will only be provided via official communication channels.

CANCELLATIONS
* Appointments can be cancelled without penalty up to 12 hours before the scheduled session.
* Cancellations are accepted only via phone or email.
* WhatsApp cancellations will not be entertained.
* Late cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the session or deduction from package balance.

ARRIVAL
* Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in, consultation, and preparation.
* First-time guests are required to complete a confidential Client Profile Form.
* In case of late arrival, treatment time will be adjusted accordingly, but the full session will be charged.
* Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times within the clinic.

IN-CLINIC ETIQUETTE
* To maintain a peaceful healing environment, mobile phones and digital devices must be on silent mode within the clinic premises.
* Guests are expected to move and speak mindfully to ensure a calming experience for all.
* Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in cancellation of the service without refund.
* A pre-treatment shower is advised for body therapies.
* Gentlemen are recommended to shave at least 3 hours prior to facial therapies for optimal results.
* Disposable undergarments are mandatory for all wet and oil-based body treatments. Some oils or herbal pastes may cause temporary staining of garments.
* CGAC provides robes, towels, slippers, toiletries, shower access, lockers, and light refreshments for your comfort.

VALUABLES
* Kindly remove all jewelry, watches, eyeglasses, and other accessories prior to your session.
* CGAC is not responsible for the loss or damage of any valuables brought into the clinic. We strongly advise leaving valuables at home or in your secured vehicle.

TREATMENT CUSTOMIZATION
* Please inform your therapist if you would like adjustments to pressure, temperature, music, lighting, or any other preferences during your treatment. Your comfort and satisfaction are our highest priority.
