Neurological Diseases
Migraine is a common, long-term condition that causes severe headaches, sometimes with visual changes or other symptoms. Painkillers and NSAIDs may help for a short time but can cause side effects and make the body less able to handle pain over time. Many people don’t get enough relief from medicine and turn to alternative treatments like Ayurveda. In Ayurveda, migraine is linked to imbalances in Vata and Pitta doshas and is seen as both a symptom and a separate condition. Symptoms vary through different stages, including mood changes, vision problems, one-sided head pain, sensitivity to light, and confusion after the attack. Things like stress, noise, and digestive issues can trigger migraines. Ayurveda uses natural treatments like herbal medicines, ghee, milk with herbs, and oil therapies to balance the body and reduce symptoms. Chandran Gurukkal Ayurvedic Clinic offers effective and safe treatment options for migraine by addressing the root causes and supporting overall health.
