There are different types of Stress Disorders that can make your life a living hell. Here are some issues you should be aware of.
- Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD): PTSD can happen if you’ve experienced some horrible incident recently. Your body goes into a ‘’fight or flight situation’’ to react or avoid any danger. You may experience flashbacks, nightmares, negative thoughts and more.
